"𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆—𝘆𝗲𝘀, 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵*𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀."
Ever noticed how the more you focus on something, the bigger it feels?
You fixate on a problem… and suddenly it’s everywhere.
You replay a bad conversation in your head… and the anger grows.
You doubt yourself once… and before you know it, your self-confidence spirals out of control.
You dwell on what they said—and your whole day is hijacked by resentment.
You obsess over what’s missing—and miss everything that’s already good.
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆. That’s what happens when you empower the wrong thoughts.
What you engage with—mentally, emotionally, energetically—𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿.
Keep focusing on what’s missing, and you’ll feel lack.
Keep thinking about what went wrong, and you’ll relive it on repeat in every situation.
Keep feeding that fear, and it becomes a giant wall between you and your potential.
Question your ability once and you will feel inferior the rest of your life.
𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲. 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴—𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗘𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚.
Every thought you entertain, every story you replay, is like laying a brick in a mental prison you’re building with your own hands.
The irony though? 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗞𝗘𝗬!
Your mind is always building something.
The question is—are you building freedom or a cage?
How do you shift it?
Choose with absolute intention what you focus on
Guard your focus with your life
Starve the thoughts that shrink you.
Starve the thoughts that keep you trapped
Feed the ones that set you free.
Because what you stop engaging with? 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.
What you engage with, you empower.
What you empower, shapes your life.
